30-Day Change of Mind Returns

We want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs or additional information to help assess the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights. This may include a replacement, repair, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
